Svay Rieng is one of the smaller provinces in Cambodia. It is located near Viet Nam, 43 km only from the crossing of the border Bavet. City is a very friendly place and makes it a pleasant stopover.
It is a prosperous city, a lively market and people are friendly. The province is delivered with good food and opportunities for accommodation.

border international Bavet
Bavet is the international border with the Vietname, located 48 kilometres of Svay Rieng. Bavet checkpoint is the main international border for people travelling between Phnom Penh and Ho Chi Minh City's main attractions. Bavet has two casinos are very popular with foreigners from crossing the border. There is also a market, Psar Nat, where goods are transferred between Cambodia and the Viet Nam.
